Beny Dishon

I was born in and still live in Chennai, India.

I'm currently a Software Engineer at Maxapp GmbH, a Swiss software company I work with remotely. They hired me full time after I built three of their production SaaS products as the sole contract engineer. Those were DineEasy, a restaurant ordering and payments platform, together with ewig and PayMatch. Previously I was at Veryon.

I design and build web products end to end. I care as much about how a thing looks and feels as how it holds up underneath, and I am usually the one doing both.

Lately I have been moving toward AI engineering: embeddings and retrieval, local models, and agent tooling. Haypile runs a transformer inside a single binary with no network calls, which is where most of what I know about this came from.

On the side I'm also building Lensdrop and Klef, writing code through conversation and shipping entire products solo.

I studied Computer Science Engineering at Hindustan Institute of Technology and Science.
